The StandSecure is height-adjustable so you can set it to fit you properly — which matters, because the right height is what makes it comfortable and safe to lean on. It adjusts between 88cm and 98cm (34.6" to 38.6").
To adjust it: press in the push-button pin on the shaft, slide the section up or down to the height you want, then release the button. It will pop out through the nearest hole and click firmly into place. Give it a gentle tug to check it's locked before you lean on it.
A simple way to find your height: stand up straight with your arms relaxed at your sides, wearing your usual shoes. Set the top of the handle so it sits level with the crease of your wrist. When you hold it, your elbow should be very slightly bent. If you're between settings, the lower one is usually more comfortable.
