Once we've received your returned item and checked it, your refund is approved and sent back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
From there, your bank or card provider may take a little longer to show the money in your account — that part is out of our hands, but it's on its way. If it's been longer than that and you still don't see it, email support@naxir.co with your order number and we'll follow it up.
